Smart Justice

The ACLU Campaign for Smart Justice is an unprecedented, multiyear effort to reduce the U.S. jail and prison population and challenge racism in the criminal legal system. It advocates for fair, more effective, and less costly alternatives to incarceration. It replaces unnecessarily punitive measures with approaches that emphasize repairing the harms caused by crimes.

Since 2017 we’ve been helping ACLU affiliates in Arizona and Michigan in their communication efforts by designing numerous print and digital materials.
